What Youll Do

Client-Centric Partnership

  • Be the trusted advisor for your clients, understanding their goals, KPIs, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to shape innovative, tech-enabled marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Ensure flawless communication and proactive management of client relationships.

Campaign Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring every project is on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally with our creative, technology, and analytics teams to design multi-channel campaigns that connect online, in-store, and everywhere in between.
  • Execute promotional campaigns like contests, loyalty programs, and in-store activations, all driven by data and insights.

Insight-Driven Strategy

  • Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in technology, consumer behavior, and retail to inform strategy and execution.

Impactful Reporting

  • Dive into campaign performance data to analyze results, create compelling post-campaign reports, and showcase ROI for clients.
  • Turn numbers into actionable insights, communicating findings in a way that drives trust and loyalty.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing or technology-focused role (e.g., digital marketing, analytics-driven account management, or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage CPG clients and deliver innovative, results-oriented campaigns.
  • Comfort working with technology platforms and tools like Google Analytics, project management software (Asana, Monday.com), or similar.
  • Experience with promotional campaigns (contests, loyalty programs, gift-with-purchase) is a plus, but a tech-first perspective is essential.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in French is a bonus.
