Responsibility
E-Commerce

Co-create and lead the end-to-end e-commerce strategy for Fox Home Canada, ensuring alignment with brand vision, growth objectives, and customer needs

Oversee the website development working with global Fox Home team and with third-party partners where applicable to deliver a site that clearly communicates and promotes the range and unique selling proposition of the products to meet the needs of the Canadian market.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth, improve site performance, and optimize the customer experience

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, average order value, traffic, and sales, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Own and optimize the e-commerce customer journey from site entry to checkout, ensuring an intuitive and frictionless experience that maximizes conversion

Oversee the digital merchandising of the range, ensuring effective product placement, merchandising tactics, and visual storytelling on the site

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure digital merchandising strategies align with brand messaging, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

Lead the development and implementation of high-converting landing pages, product pages, and promotional banners that drive sales and engagement

Partner with the product and tech teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of on-site optimizations, feature updates, and tech enhancements

Provide regular reports on key e-commerce metrics, insights, and action plans to senior leadership

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Shopify, etc.) to monitor performance and implement data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience and conversion rates

Overall health and stability of the site including site-speed, mobile performance, Accessibility/AOSA compliance, Data/GDPR/CASL compliances etc.

Digital Marketing

Develop and execute an organic digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and increase conversions.

Optimize website content and structure using SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic reach.

Manage and grow Fox Home Canadas social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging and brand-aligned content.

Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital advertising strategies.

Monitor and analyze key website and marketing metrics, using data insights to refine strategies.

About You:

Proven experience managing a C2B e-commerce website.

Demonstarted success in collaborationwith partners across the business and with third party providers.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Shopify experience required.

Proven experience in UX/UI, mechanising and online conversion strategies.

Experienced in SEO and digital marketing (Google, Meta, Retargeting) and campaign performance analysis required.

Familiarity with CMS platforms, payment systems and return management processes.

Strong data analytics skillswith advanced proficiency in Excel.

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)and other web analytics tools required.

Strong project management skillswith the ability to juggle multiple priorities required.

Experience with Magento an asset.

Familiarity with ERP systems an asset.

Experience in the Canadian e-commerce market preferred
