We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our office. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

What you will do:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Contact for site specific service contracts, such as janitorial, phones, internet.
  • Electronic and paper filing of forms and documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and organize company events, including logistics and catering.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Keep the office area clean and organized, including common areas and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

  • Experience working in a Google workspace, and with Adobe is considered an asset.
