We are looking for a Washbay Working Foreman at our Leduc Terminal.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of washbay personnel to meet the needs of terminal operations, within the scope of the washbay facility
- Develop, mentor and provide leadership to all staff members
- Meet with the Washbay Technicians regularly for updates on work that is completed, in progress and work that needs to be scheduled
- Ensure policies, procedures and manuals are maintained in accordance with Caron Transportation Systems standard
- Oversee the requisition of materials and supplies as well as contractors that are performing work on site within the washbay area
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and attending drivers' meetings
- Maintain product hose program
- Oversee tank farm responsibilities as required: reporting, inspections, loading and unloading
- Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed
Our ideal candidate:
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Experience in an industrial washbay environment is an asset
- Knowledge of the operation of boilers, pumps, and washing chemicals
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible when it comes to work schedule
- Polite and professional attitude
- High regard for safety
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
