The Production Chief at Escarpment Window Cleaning is a full-time, individual contributor role responsible for overseeing the production of their crew. We are hiring people who are coachable and hungry to work hard, so they can grow themselves in our work hard, play hard culture. This position will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Production Chief will receive a base salary starting at $20 per hour with opportunity for raises and promotions.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all production activities, including scheduling jobs, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company standards and specifications
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues and ensure satisfaction with the job
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and skilled laborers, providing guidance and support to maintain a high level of productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and coordination of tasks
Requirements:
- Past experience is NOT necessary. We are looking for people who are coachable and want to work hard.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment
