Position: Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

This full-time, permanent, in office position offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and employee incentives.

Light travel is required, primarily within the Halifax region and Atlantic Canada, as well as to manufacturers' locations across Canada and the US.

A valid passport and driver's license are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of incoming emails and phone calls
• Coordinate with our sales team and manufacturers
• Identify and generate sales leads (both outbound and inbound)
• Assess and meet customers' needs
• Keep clients informed about order status and other critical updates
• Deliver industry-leading service levels
• Maintain knowledge on the products we represent and industry trends
• Other duties assigned as necessary

• Valid Canadian passport and driver's license
• Proficiency with various software programs, such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Windows Operating System
