This is a full-time remote job working Monday through Friday for 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The qualified candidate needs to be proficient in MS Word and multi-line phone use. We offer 401K, health insurance, and Paid Time Off. Looking for someone to join a small fast-paced group.

Bronk's Knifeworks & Sharpening Services is a locally owned and operated civil engineering firm and construction material testing laboratory. We have worked with in excess worth of engineering and construction projects and are still growing.We treat each client with personal attention so that we can better understand and meet their needs. We're big enough to have the resources but not so big that individuals get looked over.

The work involves the responsibility for independently performing complex clerical operations and administrative support tasks. Incumbents spend a substantial amount of time operating a personal computer and the rest of the time on routine administrative tasks to ensure the efficient workflow of the office. Incumbents work under general supervision receiving detailed instructions only where policies have not been determined.

Job Duties

  • Compile data and prepare required statistical reports.
  • The work also involves responsibility for the entry and retrieval of information using software on a computer and using a computer to produce printed material such as letters, memoranda and forms.
  • Initiate correspondence pertaining to medical records, medical board proceedings, line of duty investigations, and other records and reports pertaining to patient administration.
  • Apply knowledge of medical terminology as it applies to anatomy and physiology.
  • Establishes and implements office procedures and maintains efficient work flow.
  • Prepares correspondence, documents, records and other written material in final or draft form using computer software from handwritten, rough drafts, marked copy, oral recordings or data from various equipment as the source material.
  • Composes and prepares correspondence on matters where policies and procedures are well defined.
  • Transmits instructions from supervisor to appropriate staff and follows up to see that instructions are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Establishes and maintains confidential and general office files.
