Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on enhancing system functionality through integrations and API connections.
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery to improve the design and functionality of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Tibco team to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Optimize marketing automation effectiveness and integration with CRM system, Tableau
• Govern data management activities across platforms, ensuring robust integration, accurate data transformation, and high-quality data maintenance.
• Implement advanced data models and structures to extend Salesforce Data Cloud's capabilities and enhance data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Utilize Python, SQL programming skills to support various data-related functions and analyses.
• Administer Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring systems are configured correctly and maintained regularly.

Skills:

• Excellent experience with Automation Studio & Contact Builder to implement automations with file imports, data extracts, data transformation (SQL), etc. activities and the data extensions model to support the new integrations.
• Overall platform Setup & Configuration knowledge (Administration, Platform Tools, Settings)
• Excellent knowledge of SQL needed to build complex queries for data segmentation and personalization of email contents.
• Advanced experience with Content Builder and the creation of HTML/CSS email and templates.
• Familiar with REST API concepts in general and the SFMC API capabilities in particular.
• Hands on experience with coding in AMPScript, SSJS and Javascript.
• Bonus points for experience with Loyalty & Data Cloud
