About the Company

Unique's 50+ years of engineering and manufacturing industry leading appliances, Unique has modernized the off-grid kitchen with our line of truly “Unique” battery ignition propane & solar DC appliances. In addition, an extensive line-up of stylish convection gas ranges and matched pair retro appliances in a variety of sizes and colours to choose from.

We are currently looking to bring on 2 Summer Students to provide support to both our Sales and Customer Service teams. We have 2 positions available starting as soon as possible and ending on August 30,, 2024.

Job Duties:

· Answering customer calls and emails and triaging as required

· Responding to dealer location inquiries and other general inquiries

· Answering basic tech support questions

· Accurately recording customer interactions in CRM system

· Inputting parts and appliance orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered on time

· Developing and delivering a weekly sales reports

· Assisting with the creation of sales support materials

· Providing support to other departments such as Marketing and Supply Chain/Logistics as required

Requirements:

· Enrollment in a post-secondary institution (Business, Marketing, Commerce or Administration would be an asset but not required)

· Demonstrated customer service skills and a high attention to details

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft environment, especially MS Office Suite

· Ability to apply time-management skills in a dynamic environment, including high organizational skills.

· Familiarity with cloud-based ERP and/or CRM systems would be an asset

· Bilingual in English and French would be an asset
