We currently have an opening for an ambitious Project Manager in our Edmonton branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Establish and monitor processes, systems, standard operating procedures, methods, and projects designed to promote best practices and production efficiency;
  • Establish quality control measures and work with the Production team to document and investigate quality control issues effectively;
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction while maintaining high standards of quality;
  • Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers ensuring production can be optimized;
  • Work collaboratively across the organization seeking feedback and establishing effective relationships with division leaders and branch managers;
  • Oversee and manage production facility including people, financials, and HSE goals.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field/combination of education and experience;
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in process engineering, production, or manufacturing facility management; commercial building products experience preferred;
  • Experience in leading the setup of manufacturing/fabrication facilities and production processes;
  • Certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Kaisen, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Foundational experience and knowledge with building codes and Division 8 and 10 scopes of work specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware).
