Our client, a leading wrapping equipment manufacturer is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Bolton, ON.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate for this position will be able to develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase the sales of our organization's products and/or services. You will be working with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. To be successful in this position, you will need a wide degree of creativity and latitude. This position is a career level position where work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The successful candidate will contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with meat processors, mushroom growers, and produce farms through phone calls and visits within North America.
• Utilize sales expertise and personable communication to foster relationships.
• Conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Work with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and stock of products.
• Support business expansion for consumable meat trays, stretch film, tray padding and related equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service and support before, during, and after the sale.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in sales related role.
• Proven track record of sales growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as participating in collaborative team engagement.
• Multitasking skills
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
