About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development (BD) Manager to develop a robust pipeline of potential partners and manage relationships from start to finish. In this role, you will close potential partners by sourcing, filtering qualified leads, onboarding new partners and managing their success with Cycles. Potential partners span various segments driving the on-chain finance revolution, including payments, accounts payable and receivable, credit protocols, factoring, SMEs, companies with large supply chains,, and more.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives on pounding the pavement to find and secure the best partners. This role requires a proactive individual who takes initiative, excels in collaborative environments, and is not afraid to dive into the trenches to build strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the current crypto payments and DeFi landscape and a passion for transitioning financial use cases onto blockchain technology. Experience in business development within the crypto, payments, and finance industries is essential.

  • Contribute to the financial success of Cycles by holding revenue accountability across designated go-to-market channels, driving performance and maximizing user growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Cycles product and marketing leads to identify customer pain points, address key product gaps, and explore new commercial models to enhance overall business performance.
