Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is on the search for a Paid Marketing Manager to complement our dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be expected to develop best-in-class paid marketing strategies and drive performance-based goals (ROAS) for all campaigns in their team. You will work closely with our sales, data, product teams to develop and enhance our efforts related to targeting, performance, measurement, and optimization. Our Paid Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing strategy, building a team, and growing relationships with internal and external teams.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Oversee budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and optimize channel strategy, focusing on KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
  • Lead a team managing large media budgets to enhance business profitability.
  • Regularly report on performance and share insights with media and business teams.
  • Collaborate with analytics, tech, product, and other departments to advance media buying automation.
  • Manage relationships with all Paid Marketing channels and own the strategic project roadmap.
  • Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed critical metrics.
  • Innovate campaign strategies and maintain business growth.
  • Inspire and train the team on industry best practices and new developments.
  • Coordinate and coach the team for optimal performance and growth.
