Salary Range - $45,000.00

Our Customer Service Reps are…

The first point of contact for our customers and are responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service. Their duties include order entry and expediting, stock and price inquiries, quotations and technical support. This position requires significant contact with customers over the telephone and via email.

Have you been gifted with the 3 P's – positivity, patience and politeness? Our London corporate office is staffed by a dedicated and professional team who deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

As a CSR with HJC Corp. your specific duties will include things such as:

  • Interacting with customers over the phone and email, providing the customer service and support needed to determine needs and schedule deliveries
  • Investigating and resolving customer opportunities and concerns
  • Processing Sales Orders & Bids generated through phone or email transactions
Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

As a CSR, you must be optimistic, friendly and service oriented. Excellent verbal communication is a must. Bilingual (EN/FR) is an asset.

All interested applicants must possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
  • Capability to work in fast paced environment and to meet strict deadlines
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and preference given to those with a good working knowledge of INFOR M3 and QUICKBASE
  • Knowledge in the lighting, plumbing, restroom partitions and accessories, tile, water heater and HVAC industries is an asset
