Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

We are seeking a Temporary Tender Division Assistant to support our team in managing multiple municipal and government fleet business accounts. This position will primarily focus on coordinating the Seasonal Vehicle Rental Business, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the City's seasonal vehicle rental program, including scheduling, reservations, and customer service.
• Ensure vehicles are properly outfitted and delivered operationally ready for rental.
• Address rental inquiries and issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of all government vehicles according to contractual agreements.
• Communicate any post-rental damages to the fleet contact, organize repair quotes, and bill back damages as per contractual agreements.
• Manage and monitor vehicle inventories parked at multiple locations.
• Coordinate with the Shop Service Advisor to schedule and coordinate routine maintenance required before dispatching vehicles to City fleet departments.

Skills (Required):

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing various administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with fleet operations and procurement processes is a plus.
