DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – Jimmy John's, ON

Reporting to the Brand Leader, this role will be responsible for:

  • The operational success of all corporate and franchise restaurant locations
  • Planning and assisting in the opening of corporate and franchise restaurants
  • Operational excellence in every restaurant location
  • Hiring, training and development of all direct reports
  • Ensuring that initiatives are clearly communicated to all franchisees and managers
  • Creating development plans and goals for all direct reports
  • Supporting the field operations team by coaching, setting and monitoring objectives
  • Ensuring all budget and financial projections are achieved.
  • Developing strategies to achieve brand KPI's and budgets.
  • Reporting on all KPI's to measure and adjust.
  • Promoting from within where possible to great a culture of development retention and
  • Creating a team and a culture of teamwork to foster communication, efficiency, diversity, problem solving and collaboration.

  • Experience launching restaurant brands an asset.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a senior position in a Restaurant Franchise business.
  • Proficient on PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License, car.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
  • Able to work outside of regular hours when needed.
