Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Negotiation: Accurately establish sales and purchase pricing while negotiating contracts with counterparties.
  
• Sales Initiation and Closure: Initiate and close sales by adding new customers and growing sales with existing ones.
  
• Business Development: Focus on new business development through lead generation and prospecting.
  
• Market Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends, serving as a resource to both customers and co-workers.
  
• Shipping Management: Manage shipping activities, coordinating pick-ups and deliveries.
  
• Support Services: Provide support for equipment and package brokering through the client.
  
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as a team to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
  
• Client Engagement: Actively connect with current clients and intentionally pursue new prospects on an ongoing basis.
  
• Professionalism Under Pressure: Maintain professionalism and work effectively under pressure.
  
• Data Maintenance: Rigorous maintenance of trade and regulatory data records.
  
• CRM Management: Manage and track activities in the CRM.
  
• Market Transactions: Execute spot and forward market transactions.
  
• Product Review: Review and approve posted products for trading on the platform.
  
• Order and Trade Confirmation: Review order and trade confirmations.
  
• Client Requests: Manage ad hoc requests from clients.
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all industry and government regulations.
  
• Company and Exchange Rules: Comply with all company and exchange rules.
  

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the cannabis industry.
  
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish accurate pricing.
  
• Excellent sales and business development abilities.
  
• In-depth understanding of market analysis and trends.
  
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to manage shipping logistics and coordinate effectively.
  
• Proficient in using CRM systems and managing data records.
  
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of industry and government regulations.
