Overseeing job site safety, quality, project scheduling, and will be responsible for managing project site milestones to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. What you will be doing:

• Managing work on site to ensure the compliance of construction with the drawings and specifications.
• Planning and implementing schedules, conducting inspections, determining manpower levels and material and equipment quantities, and maintaining all other site requirements.
• Monitor work performance to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are being followed.
• Advise the General Superintendent and Project Manager of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving these problems.
• Maintain and analyze up-to-date cost reports and submit necessary changes to ensure the project is delivered within budget.

What you must have:

• 10+ years of experience in construction with a background in a construction trade
• Experience on large complex ICI projects in excess of $100 million dollar value
• Journeyman trade certificate or Construction Management education
• Demonstrated success in completing projects on time and on budget whilst providing a high level of service
• Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude
