Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) is one of Canada's premier providers of employee and family assistance program (EFAP) services. We currently provide EFAP services to over 1000 organizations across the country, serving over one million employees. We are fully accredited by the Council on Accreditation, reflecting our adherence to the highest standards of service quality.

As a Workplace Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional EFAP account management and workplace consultation services to existing FSEAP clients. In addition, you will serve as a member of the FSEAP team, who is responsible for new product development, participating in development and sales initiatives and contributing to the growth of FSEAP's organizational client base. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Developing long-term strategic partnerships with accounts by providing exceptional customer service and proactively meeting customers needs;
  • Assisting clients to develop annual strategy and promotional plans for the EFAPs;
  • Preparing and presenting utilization and quality assurance reports and recommendations to organizational clients;
  • Managing EFAP accounts to meet program goals, targets, outcomes;
  • Providing consultations to managers, union leaders around employee and workplace-related issues;
  • Developing new products and services such as organizational health and wellness services, including specialized consulting, training, and/or coaching services, to meet customer needs;
  • Participate in new business development, through lead generation, networking and sales activities

Key Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Health or related field is preferred;
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in EFAP, human resources or health care;
  • Advanced computer skills (PC & MS Office)
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and analytic skills;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized;
  • Entrepreneurial, high energy, ability to have fun while working
  • French language skills would be considered an asset.
