YOUR DAY AS A NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC TEAM LEAD
In this leadership position, your typical schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. As a New Construction HVAC Team Lead, you spearhead the smooth execution of installation processes. Conducting pre-checks to ensure rough-in readiness, coordinating site meetings for clear communication, and meticulously inspecting post rough-ins for quality control are all part of your daily routine. Your keen eye for detail and hands-on approach guarantees flawless project progression, delivering ultimate comfort and functionality to our clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Red seal sheet metal ticket
- 5+ years in a similar role in residential supervision
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
