Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external datasets.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate findings.
  • Create clear and informative data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
  • Evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data repositories, databases, and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to access and transform data as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining data privacy, security, and ethical data handling practices.
