Employment: Part-time Weekends (8-16 Hours/Week)

Location: North York (In-Office Only)

Salary: $21/hr ($25/hr Bilingual French)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Associate who is self-motivated and passionate about amazing customer service. If you love talking to people, solving problems and being surprisingly helpful, then this role is for you!

As an integral part of the customer-facing team this role provides support and guidance to employers, employees and job seekers with a variety of health and safety needs. The Client Services Associate works out of our North York training centre assisting with the intake of class participants, retail product sales and remote customer care via phone, email and chat.

This part-time role works at our North York location on Saturdays (8am-4pm), as well as Sundays depending on class schedules. This position is in-office (hybrid/remote is not available).

As a Client Services Associate you could expect to:

  • Greet students, ensure their access to the building and manage registration/check-in for instructor-led training classes
  • Conduct equipment sales and provide information on fall protection equipment
  • Assist client's with equipment and publication purchases and pickups
  • Provide product inventory management as required
  • Contact students prior to their training to complete registration information
  • Reschedule students who are unable to attend training
  • Maintain inventory of training centre materials and supplies
  • Resolve customer questions about training
  • Support the instructor team to ensure a great training experience for students
  • Interact with people by phone, chat and email to resolve questions about online and instructor-delivered health and safety training
  • Assist with basic technical support related to Worksite's online training courses
  • Register customers in instructor-led training held at Worksite locations across Canada
  • Provide basic occupational health and safety guidance and redirect customers to appropriate internal subject matter experts as required

About You

You'll be a perfect fit for this energetic team if:

  • You love talking to people, learning what they need, and helping them find a solution
  • You think outside the box when it comes to solutions that are surprisingly helpful to ensure our clients are happy
  • You can navigate the internet and apps at lightning speed, but you are genuinely patient and understand that not everyone has the great technical skills that you have.

You'll need to bring:

  • Experience in a relationship-centric communications-based role such as customer service or technical support
  • Experience with a CRM and/or client support system (Zendesk preferred)
  • Experience in retail sales and inventory control considered an asset
  • Experience with fall protection equipment an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of and experience using Google Drive and Gmail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer tech/IT an asset
  • Ability to legally work in Canada
  • Bilingual French an asset!
