Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to join our team of insurance professionals! Please note this role is 100% onsite, based out of our Simcoe office.
Position Responsibilities
We are looking for a team player who can manage the following responsibilities:
- Working closely and supporting Account Managers
- Processing Certificates of Insurance
- Processing and invoicing endorsements, new business, cancellations, and renewals
- Maintaining an accurate and up to date abeyance system.
- Manage Renewal Lists for Account Managers
- Order driver reports
- Setting up Epic accounts
- Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge
Skills & Requirements For You To Succeed
- RIBO license required (or willing to obtain)
- Prior Commercial Lines experience would be an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills are imperative in this role
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently
- A positive and keen attitude to meet customer needs
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Experience with Epic would be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
