THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a meticulous, organizational wizard to join our team as a full-time Executive Assistant! Reporting directly to the Regional Director.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide support to the Regional Director and Senior Leadership team in their day-to-day responsibilities.

-Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality

-Aid the Regional Director coordinating key team functions, driving team reporting, contributing to projects and events aligned with business strategies.

-Support the team with various programs and initiatives.

-Interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

-Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

-Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and stakeholders.

-Network and maintain positive connections.

-Contribute to business success.

-Collaborate with the Marketing Department to produce compelling product content.

- Additional accounting duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing administrative support to Executives.

- Strong project coordination experience

- Exceptional computer skills encompassing MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

- Possess a polished, professional communication style with exceptional writing skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and adept at building strong rapport with stakeholders.

- Embrace a team player mentality, fostering collaboration and cooperation.

- Proficient in multitasking, adeptly managing priorities, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

- A delightful sense of humor that adds to a positive work environment.

- Capable of reacting swiftly while maintaining composure under pressure.

- Keen interest and familiarity with social media platforms- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Extremely organized, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

- Reliable team player, while also capable of working independently.

- Takes initiative and has a strong sense of accountability.

- Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

PLEASE NOTE: Local applicants only, this is a 100% in-office position. Working hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
