Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Personal Lines Remarketer to join our team of insurance professionals! This role is on-site, based out of our Burlington office. Hybrid options are available after the training period.
Position Responsibilities
- Policy Review and Evaluation:
- Conduct comprehensive review of existing personal lines insurance policies.
- Evaluate coverage, limits, and pricing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay current with market trends, underwriting guidelines, and insurance carriers' offerings.
- Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for policy remarketing.
- Quote & review existing policy with all available markets. Review coverages and complete comparison analysis
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work with service team and provide market findings & or opportunities for improvement on current policy & coverages
- Work closely with service and underwriting teams to streamline the remarketing process.
- Provide support and expertise to enhance overall client experience.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of policy information, quotes, and communications.
- Responsible for ordering and documenting MVR & Autoplus Reports
- Complete and review applications & necessary forms & documents to be submitted
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the efficiency of the remarketing function.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services.
Skills You Will Need To Succeed
- Solid work experience on Compu-Quote and various insurance company portals
- Experience with Epic would be an asset
- Solid understanding of various insurance companies and their underwriting rules
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and keen attitude to meet our customers' needs
- Strong organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years Personal Lines' experience
- RIBO license required, other industry designations such as CAIB or CIP would be an asset
