Service Advisor

Long Range Outdoors is currently looking for a motivated and energetic Service Advisor, a vital part of our service team. You will take on the role of front-line customer relations and service representative. You will be responsible for delivering top notch service to our customers through the scheduling of service work and selling recommended or required parts and services.

What You'll be Doing:

• Developing customer relationships by telephone, walk-in, and online enquiries.
• Scheduling and following up on service appointments.
• Consulting with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work as per the customer's concerns.
• Other duties as required.
