Your mastery of online office programs and organizational tools for data is key. Your knowledge of Paragon, Webforms, LTSA, and Strata documents is a bonus, but not a necessity (we're happy to show the right candidate the ropes). Your ability to switch gears, prioritize needs, and effective problem-solving are crucial. But your character, self-motivation, and drive to succeed in the high demands of real estate are indispensable.

Compensation:

$52,000+ yearly PLUS Bonus Structure DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting CMA groundwork for real estate transactions
  • Managing and maintaining CRM for client relationships
  • Overseeing the lifecycle of sales and/or purchases
  • Communicating with clients effectively
  • Following up on leads and showings
  • Organizing buyer tours efficiently
  • Handling email and calendar management tasks
  • Preparing marketing materials for listings
  • Running occasional errands as needed
  • Assisting in event planning
  • Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
Qualifications:
  • Must demonstrate the ability to complete detailed work efficiently and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written communication are essential
  • Thrive in a dynamic work environment where no task is considered too big or too small
  • Must continuously strive to enhance client experiences and internal processes
  • Capable of effectively prioritizing and managing various responsibilities
  • Proficiency in a variety of computer programs is required
  • Maintain confidentiality when resolving client and team issues
  • Must be able to grasp and retain important facts, information, and instructions
  • Possess strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Hold a valid BC driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
