The Royal Legacy Marketing is growing at a tremendous rate and is now hiring an outgoing and motivated Full-Time Marketing Associate to join our expanding marketing team at our Richmond, BC office! The Marketing Associate's role is a Full-Time & In-Person position.

The Full-Time Marketing Associate Responsibility:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute successful marketing campaigns, and closely monitor the effectiveness of these campaigns
• Engage in meaningful conversations with consumers, actively listen to their concerns and needs, and provide them with all the necessary information to make informed decisions about products or services
• Develop a thorough understanding of the products or services being marketed and sold, and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates
• Participate in marketing meetings and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicate the value of products or services, and proactively address client questions and concerns
• Continuously seek out new opportunities to increase campaign revenue, through innovative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying new leads and potential customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, creating loyal brand advocates, and encouraging repeat business
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards, to maintain a high level of integrity and trust with customers
• Provide regular reports and insights to management to keep them informed about sales figures, customer feedback, and other important metrics.

The Full-Time Marketing Associate Requirements:

• Must be available full-time and able to work for 40 hours a week.
• Preferably hold a degree or diploma in Marketing/Business.
• Up to 3 years of experience in promotional marketing, sales, or related fields would be an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and effective communication (both verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to identify projects and solutions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
