Job Title: In-Person Marketer - Full Time, Commission Only

Job Summary:
J&R Contracting is seeking an enthusiastic and driven In Person Marketer to join our team in Woodbridge, ON. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for promoting our services and generating leads through in-person marketing tactics. This is a full-time position with compensation based on commission only.

Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and potential customers in the Woodbridge area
- Conduct in-person marketing activities such as door-to-door sales, tabling at events or trade shows, and networking with local businesses
- Educate potential customers about our services and the benefits of working with J&R Contracting
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the community
- Utilize marketing materials to effectively communicate our brand and offerings
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and sales progress
Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
