Job Title: Customer Service (Warranty) Representative

Reporting To: Director - Warranty

Job Purpose

Entry level position to join a construction industry and to assist with the customer service/construction team with the resolution of in-suite and common element deficiencies and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Entry level position in the condominium development industry with potential for growth with experience
  • Work with the site staff to escort numerous trades and subcontractors to suites in order to complete outstanding service during Pre and Post Occupancy.
  • Responsible for securing premises and granting authorized access for various trade partners.
  • Provide supervision during all scheduled in-suite service appointments.
  • Ensure established service protocols and checklists are followed and adhered to during each appointment
  • Ensure service work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Problem solving of service issues that may arise with Site and Customer Service Team.
  • Communication with Trades of Outstanding Service.
  • Complete Service Reports and assist in the day-to-day site operation and coordination between Construction and Customer Service
  • Perform all above with support provided by the Graywood site staff.
  • Complete any additional duties and tasks as assigned by management team

Perform a quality assurance inspection at completion of any appointment(s) and collect and update records of completion

Requirements

Knowledge& Experience

  • Meticulous individual with problem solving skills and desire to deliver best product possible

Skills

  • Experience in multi-unit residential construction, not required but would be a bonus
  • Attention to detail in overseeing completion of outstanding tasks related subcontractor deficiency lists.
  • Confidence and maturity to work with minimum guidance and make sound decisions.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field would be a benefit.
