KELOWNA RVs is looking to add a full-time Receptionist and Accounts Receivables Clerk to our team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience and helping the business run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers
• Answering phones
• Directing customer inquiries to the appropriate person/department
• Data entry
• Balancing daily cash and receivables
• Inventory management
• Filing and record keeping
• Administrative support

Requirements:

• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Dealership experience would be considered an asset

Wage:

• $21-$25 per hour; depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday; full time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Position is in West Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
