Second Family Care (SFC) is looking for a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our growing team in Ottawa!!

Second Family Care is one of the fastest-growing attendant care and motor vehicle accident (MVA) providers in Eastern Ontario. Our PSW's starting salary is $20.00 per hour with incentives and bonuses discussed at the time of employment. We also offer:

  • We pay 40 cents per KM in between clients.
  • Minimum shifts of 2 hours.

Job Description

  • Assist clients with daily living personal care tasks, including skincare, haircare, mouth care, bathing, toileting, primary wound care, feeding, and assistance with medication reminders and oxygen use.
  • Assist with ambulation and mobilization of your clients.
  • Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help your clients enjoy a better quality of life.
  • Keep yourself and your clients safe by following standard service and safety protocols.
  • Observe, document, and report any changes in your clients' conditions.
