Role overview

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with a strong technical background in Guidewire products and a deep understanding of claim management within the auto and life insurance sectors. With a requirement of 13 to 17 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of Guidewire solutions driving efficiency and innovation in our claim processes.

What you'll do

· Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire solutions to enhance our claim management systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire applications.

· Drive the customization and configuration of Guidewire ClaimCenter and ContactManager to meet business needs.

· Utilize Guidewire Studio and Tools & Accelerators to optimize insurance processes and workflows.

· Oversee the development and execution of GW Batch processes to improve operational efficiency.

· Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas for improvement within auto and life claim management systems.

· Provide expert guidance on the application of Gosu within Guidewire platforms to enhance functionality.

· Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by adhering to best practices in Guidewire implementation.

What you bring to the role

· 12+ years of proven experience within product consulting.

· Must have extensive experience in Gosu Guidewire and specifically in Guidewire ClaimCenter and ContactManager.

· Proven track record in leading Guidewire implementation projects within the auto and life insurance domains.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Familiarity with PCF is considered a valuable asset.

· Deep understanding of auto claims and life claim management processes with a focus on leveraging technology to drive improvements.
