Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our accounting system using QuickBooks
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Demonstrate general knowledge of the renovation industry and our company's services
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital
- Coordinate email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless office operations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent customer service skills
- General knowledge of the renovation industry
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong email communication skills
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in either Ukrainian or Russian (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with construction industry software and systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
