IAM Solution Architect Brampton, ON

Role Description: ? Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design IAM solutions that meet security, compliance, and operational needs.? Implementation: Lead the implementation of IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on.? Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences and secure access controls.? Risk Management: Assess risks related to identity and access management, and implement controls to mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities.? Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST.? Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.? Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to achieve IAM objectives and address security challenges.? Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve IAM-related issues, providing timely support to users and stakeholders.? Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and threats, and recommend enhancements to existing IAM solutions.

Experience (Years): 4-6
Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3-5 years of experience in IAM solution architecture, with hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and technologies, including authentication protocols, directory services, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA), SAML, OpenID, SCIM, CIAM, FIDO2.Experience with IAM platforms and tools, such as Azure Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and OAuth.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong desire to grow and advance into the role of IAM Security Architect.
