Leader Name: Director, End to End Process Architecture

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

Please note that this is a temporary position for up to 13 Months.

As ATB's next Senior Process Analyst, you will create and use Business Process Management artifacts, such as process maps, process assessments, and knowledge management documents, to communicate the impacts within capital and operational projects. In a lead coordination or support role, they will work with subject matter experts, senior leaders and senior stakeholders through workshops, interviews and document reviews to efficiently understand the impacts and recommend any opportunities for efficient alternatives. A Senior Process Analyst will efficiently deliver all necessary business process management documents in a timely manner. Their work will involve a combination of supporting and leading operational and capital projects with minimal senior team support.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the necessary process, insights, and knowledge tasks for projects and initiatives within the defined framework and with minimal support
  • Using standardized mapping tools and methodologies, translate and document stakeholder, Subject Matter Expert, and leader processes into business artifacts, such as process maps and knowledge updates, for team member reference, and enterprise visibility and consideration
  • Identify core stakeholder groups by analyzing end to end process artifacts and knowledge
  • Using process information, provide applicable impact assessments from a project or initiative
  • Make process recommendations, develop insights, and surface opportunities for improvements
  • Act as a key communicator, translating complex information across relevant stakeholders and teams, identifying critical impacts for consideration for any necessary groups
  • Quickly understand tasks, timelines and scope of process requests to efficiently organize a path to delivery
  • Communicate and collaborate with various senior subject matter experts or senior and executive leaders to discover and adequately understand the end to end process through interviews, or workshops,
  • Manage and execute multiple initiatives within the enterprise simultaneously
  • Complete presentations and garner collective approval as needed among stakeholders within ATB
  • Continually improving and championing the business process management standards within the team and with ATB partners

Requirements

  • Post secondary education in a related field, with relevant industry related experience is preferred
  • 2-5 years related experience
  • Proven experience with Business Process Management lifecycle and modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency using Google Suite software, particularly G-Mail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency with ARIS: Business Process Management tool an asset
  • Working towards or willing to work towards acquiring an IIBA Certification.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Passion for continuous innovation and information technology tools and solutions.
  • Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
