Senior Associate – Real Estate Private Equity

Today our team at CLV is confirming a new opportunity for a Senior Associate, Real Estate Private Equity reporting to our VP Private Equity for our team in Toronto. They will be responsible to drive business goals and build relationships with new investors for our Opportunity Funds.

In addition to the duties typically associate with a Senior Associate in a real estate investment and acquisition role, the successful incumbent will also:

• Support the VP of Private Equity in pursuit of new investors for Opportunity Funds
• Present to prospective large Family Offices and/or Pension Funds
• Identify new sources of private equity in the large Family Office community
• Identify new sources of private equity in the medium to large Pension Fund space
• Attend investor meetings, conferences and events

Qualifications

• Experience/comfortable with direct investor contact/presentations/social interaction
• Ability to simplify and clearly articulate financial data to potential investors
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to design and execute an investor pursuit strategy
