We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in headhunting, building talent pipelines, and enhancing employer branding. This role will involve recruiting top talent across Canada, the USA, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify candidates through headhunting techniques and talent pipelining.
  • Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, for positions in Canada, the USA, and the UK.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in headhunting and talent pipelining.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring across Canada, the USA, and the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
