Requirements

• Red Seal Automotive Refinishing Technician
• Experience with Automotive Painting or Paint products
• Driven to be Excellent at What You Do
• Passionate about Customer Satisfaction
• Familiarity with Conducting and Leading Product Demonstrations

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, including distributors, industrial facilities, and collision centers.
• Conduct training sessions on product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and color matching.
• Work to drive customer retention, competitive conversions, improve product performance, and develop new products.
• Partner with the R&D lab to identify and resolve product complaints.
• Travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time.
