Salary: $24/hr - $27/hr + Bonus
This part-time position compensates with an hourly wage + bonus incentives. Average of 25 to 30 hours per week. This will develop into a hybrid model of work (home & office) once the right candidate is fully trained and successfully working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leads inside Salesforce: logging calls, conversations, contacts, meetings, and updating information as it is learned. Excellent note-taking is vital.
- Make outbound lead generation calls from a provided list of prospective companies YOVU has targeted.
- Book discovery meetings connecting YOVU Account Executives with key decision-makers and system administrators.
- Qualify businesses over a multitude of factors such as company size, current contract term, internet quality, etc.
- Schedule discovery meetings for the sales department and manage scheduled tasks and calendar events.
- Effortlessly communicate with the sales manager when assistance is needed.
- Attend sales meetings and contribute to the team's goals.
- Quickly adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Apply critical thinking to determine the best courses of action to reach a business decision-maker.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Sales or lead generation experience is valued but will train the right people.
- Excellent English written and spoken is a must.
- Experience cold calling preferred.
- Assertiveness is considered a vital trait for this position
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Technical background or a strong interest in learning new technologies.
