We have an exceptional track record in offering our contract and travel nurses a range of exciting and positive working experiences with our clients. We are expanding our staffing services to offer quality healthcare services to hospitals and long-term care facilities across Canada and are currently seeking a full-time Account Executive to support our growth.

Account Executive Job Description

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities for the company. Your main role will be talking with recruitment decision-makers in small to large health care and long-term care facilities, determining their recruitment challenges and demonstrating our value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in b2b sales, and will be highly motivated and driven. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Connecting with prospects in assigned verticals via a multitouch methodology (average of 30-50 touches per day), with the aim of having quality conversations while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conducting a discovery call to learn about their recruitment goals and challenges
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, tracking progress in CRM
  • Conducting qualified software demonstrations
  • Partner with operations team to prepare competitive pricing proposals
  • Acting as an Account Manager for your clients, building and maintaining a strong relationship, leading to repeat business and growth of your accounts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Experience in a quota carrying position (SDR, BDR, AE)
  • Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Well organized and manage your time wisely
  • Experience selling to clients in the health care industry (not obligatory, but preferred)
