MINI Oakville has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist in the sales department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
  • Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, and direct calls to the appropriate individual promptly.
  • Handle general inquiries from callers.
  • Refer messages to the correct party in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical duties such as arranging for couriers and proofreading, and assist other administrative departments as necessary.
  • Attend all department meetings.
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1–2 years' related receptionist experience, preferred.

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 4pm
  • Friday 8:45am to 6pm
