Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently hiring a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess and treat patients to help them regain or develop the skills necessary for daily activities and independence. You will work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and education.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work with diverse patient populations and clinical settings
