iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated assistant who wants to work closely with a team of Implementation Consultants to professionally deliver a large multinational project and help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet'.

All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.

Role Overview

This is a fixed term position for 3-6 months, giving you the opportunity to get an insight into the world of payroll implementation.

The Implementation Assistant role will work closely with the implementation team within iiPay to deliver a transition project for a large multinational client. Our Implementation Assistant will assist the wider project team in configuring all elements of the system and the creation of all project documentation where required. You will need to be able to review and reconcile data using excel, enabling you to load the payroll information into iiPay's various software solutions accurately and on time.

Key objectives of the role

  • Client and Project Management – You will continually support the project team in the administration of project documentation and support in general implementation work where required.
  • Payroll Process – You will assist in the creation of the client within our CRM system, payroll system and payroll process management tool among others.
  • System set-up– You will setup all required system using our data importing tools.
  • Data Validation- You will validate the client's data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Parallel payroll process- You will compare data outputs to ensure system set up is correct and data flows are configured.
  • Go-live transition – You will support the Implementation Consultant with ‘Go Live' readiness.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Demonstrate a proficiency in working with data, analysing and reconciling data using excel.
  • Ability to demonstrable data coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently to deliver in a time pressured environment.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, consistently being able to deliver on tasks to the highest standard while operating under strict deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and driven professional individual with proven track record of delivering software configuration, on time with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience of working within a regulated (ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16) service delivery environment desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant should have the ability to become a systems expert and have experience of managing and prioritising workloads. They should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, and possess a keen attention to detail. They will be required to work in a demanding environment where balancing priorities with the team around them will be essential.
