Supervise, coordinate, and plan the work of employees

· Conduct monthly inspections of the facilities (including monitoring inventory and supplies)

· Ensure the proper maintenance of all cleaning equipment

· Cleaning duties including but not limited to; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, etc.

· Completing orientation and training of all new staff

· Complete and submit time-off requests, disciplinary reports, accident reports, and other supervisor documentation

· Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as floor waxing, carpet cleaning, or replacement of furnishings and equipment

· Monitor and maintain Domus standards of cleanliness

· Supervisor experience within the cleaning industry (commercial, industrial, or office)

· Advanced reading, writing, and communication skills

· Basic computer skills

· Physical Abilities: standing, kneeling, walking up to 8 hrs a day

· Capable of lifting up to 40lbs

· Capable of completing repetitive tasks
