Operations Manager

Overall Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall performance and operations of Woodstock facility. Ensure operational targets are met in an efficient and manner throughout all departments. Oversee staffing, development, and direction of the management team to drive the growth of production, revenue and the quality of goods produced in the facility. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, department managers to ensure the integration of strategic plans within the plant facilities.

Accountabilities:

· Operate the Woodstock facility to meet or exceed all local, Provincial and Federal regulatory requirements; attain.

· Responsible for refining and implementing health and safety policies.

· Lead team to achieve annual business plan targets for Woodstock approved by AMTB'S Senior Leadership Team

· Establish operating equipment and processes to deliver quality products to customers, on time, to position Woodstock.

and ISO 14001 Management Systems.

· Ensure QMS conforms to the requirements identified in IATF 16949 and AMTB Process Map.

· Fulfill all responsibilities as identified in the Employee Handbook.

· Other duties as assigned.
