About the role:

The Salesforce Administrator & Analyst works under the direction of the SVP, Revenue, and will primarily be responsible for supporting our Salesforce ecosystem leveraged across our Sales, Operations, and Risk teams.

The incumbent will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to build a roadmap to manage and improve our instance, while defining the evolution of our processes to match the needs of the teams.

What you'll do:

Design/Build:

  • Be involved early in discussions within the organization on how to improve the effectiveness of our process. Provide insight and perspective on potential solutions. Build requirements and secure buy-in before proceeding with delivery.
  • Create proposals for improvements to our instance, gaining stakeholder approval before delivering the final solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with solutions such as Marketing Automation Platforms, Data Warehouses, and Telephony Systems.
  • Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards, scorecards, data extracts, ad-hoc analysis.

Business Analysis:

  • Work closely with teams to define reporting requirements, translating these into high-quality actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of processes to maintain the same standard of excellence.
  • Continuously explore new ways to cut and slice the data into fresh perspectives to reveal new insights.
  • Design, build, and implement business intelligence tools and visual analytics to drive faster decisions and better results.
  • Generate a story or narrative about the data that brings valuable insights and actionable recommendations to senior management executive leadership.
  • Deliver insightful ad-hoc analyses and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Validate the quality and integrity of data and reporting processes used in generating the reports.

Requirements

  • University/College degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a SFDC Admin, BSA, or BA.
  • Analytically strong with a drive for innovative data visualization.
  • Lightning UI experience preferred.
  • Solid grasp of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities with an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow.
  • Proficient in business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Qlik etc.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for management presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying optimal solutions.
  • Exceptionally organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in consumer credit risk or collections analysis in a financial setting is preferred.
