Role Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources, including databases, systems, and reports, to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key performance metrics, operational KPIs, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization based on data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and customer satisfaction metrics to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and predictive analytics to forecast future trends, anticipate business needs, and support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership and other teams to support strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you bring to the role?
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the IT professional services or Managed Services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive operational improvements and business outcomes through data-driven insights.
