Job Description

We are seeking a Printing Operator to join our Customization Team.

1. Machine Operation: Operate and oversee Epson printing equipment, ensuring proper settings for
different substrates and designs.
2. Design Preparation: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to create and process designs
suitable for sublimation printing.
3. Material Handling: Load Sheets onto the printing equipment, ensuring correct placement alignment
and PMS color with accurate profiles.
4. Quality Control: Monitor the printing process for color accuracy, clarity, and overall quality of printed
products, adjusting as needed.
5. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on the printing machinery to sustain optimal
performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of print jobs, material usage, equipment maintenance,
and any operational issues encountered.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in operating sublimation printing equipment, expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and
CorelDRAW for design preparation.
2. Prior experience in sublimation printing operations within the textile, or related industries is
preferred.
3.Prepares, aligns, and configures machinery, ink, rollers, and paper. Inspects proof sheets to evaluate
the quality of printing.
4.Adjusts printing machinery to meet quality standards and specifications.
4. Ability to ensure precise color reproduction and print quality, maintaining consistency in output.
5. Capability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
6. Ability to work with various substrates and adjust settings to accommodate different materials.
7. English speaking and ability to become a team player is a must.
8. Able to work at a fast-paced environment.
