Key Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media), networking, referrals, and Boolean search techniques, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate searches using internal and external databases, job portals, and other resources to identify potential candidates who meet our clients' specific requirements.
Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their suitability for specific roles.
Engage with candidates through email, phone calls, and social media to build relationships and assess their interest in available opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Recruitment Consultants, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other databases.
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in sourcing candidates for open positions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve sourcing strategies and techniques.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, or similar role, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in Boolean search techniques and experience using online sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri.com).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
